Message more of the items below :

1) intake temperature
2) intake volume
3) intake velocity or intake pressure
4) more consistent airflow across each chamber

and you will need to do this without trading off bottom end for top end .. though a turbo / forced induction should take care of that ..

so your plenum design, is altering which of the items above and how do you plan to prove the lift / gain above OEM with data ?
